About Harebrained Apps

Harebrained Apps was founded on a simple belief: code is the fastest path from idea to impact. With over a decade of full-stack experience behind us, we build modern web and mobile applications for clients who care about how the work actually gets done — clean architecture, deliberate UX, and software that holds up after launch day.

Our practice spans the stack: React and Next.js on the frontend, Node and PostgreSQL behind it, React Native when mobile is the right answer. We are equally comfortable taking a vague idea from zero to one or stepping into an existing codebase to ship the next thing it needs. Either way, we treat every project like the team behind it will have to live with the result — because usually they do.

When we are not building for clients, we build for ourselves. Forge — our agentic-workflow CLI — is one such project.
